SHIPPING CHARGES

A flat rate shipping policy applies to all orders regardless of weight and quantity of items purchased.

  • RM 8.00 for West Malaysia
  • RM 12.00 for Sabah & Sarawak

We expect deliveries to West Malaysia to take 3-5 working days and Sabah / Sarawak to take 5-7 working days.

Urban Essential Living PLT may use such a variety of local courier services as deems fit from options available to ship out the order in order to fulfil the purchase.

We currently do not ship outside Malaysia. Please reach us via email or WhatsApp to find out how you can purchase Rawganics skincare products outside Malaysia.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Items ordered will only commence order processing when a payment process is deem complete and payment has been received.
  2. Orders may take a maximum of 5 working days in processing before a shipment can be sent out on the 6th day. This is because some items may need to be made prior to shipment.
  3. We seek the shortest shipment duration possible. As such, orders are only shipped out Monday to Thursday so that it can (as much as possible) avoid sitting in a warehouse or transit station for long durations.
  4. Shipment information will be made available to customer when shipment is ready for pick-up and has been notified to the shipment provider of choice.
  5. We will take every care to ship orders out in the safest possible packaging. However, it is not possible for us to manage shipment handling. Some dents to packaging material is not abnormal and to be expected during the shipping process.
  6. Should an item purchase be damaged or look significantly different from the expected product upon delivery due to delivery handling, a customer may choose to exchange the product. Please refer to https://www.myrawganics.com/return_exchange_policy to know more about return and exchange. 
  7. Shipments are addressed to sender and address provided on the order checkout. Deliveries that are made accordingly are deemed complete. Urban Essential Living PLT shall not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information and wrong deliveries as a result
  8. Deliveries to PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
